Best things to do during Winter- Outside and Inside.

Finding cool things to do during this season could be difficult. As a result, winter months can be long, dark, and boring. But, every thing is a matter of attitude. That’s why, in ArtsCase We decided to make a list of cool thing to do during the upcoming months.

Activities you can do outside:

Fresh air, sunlight, and physical activity are important for your  physical and mental health. So encourage your self to go outside and get moving.

1. Spend the weekend at a cabin

There are plenty of adorable and affordable cabins to escape to during the upcoming months. Plus, a getaways is always a good idea!

2. Go skiing

It’s time to do some exercise. You’ll take in great views, laugh as you fall with family and friends, (Just in case your phone falls too, don’t forget your ArtsCase and everything will be under control)  and finish off the day with a warm meal and a good book. What else could you ask for?

3. Go on a winter hike

When you go for a hike, you’ll get not only nice views. But, fresh air, smell of nature and a lot of benefits for your health. plus, it can help you to relax from your routine.

Use the winter months as a way to encourage yourself  to discover hidden talents and new interests. A little creativity and imagination can go a long way toward keeping your mind and body active.

 

1. Decorate for the holidays

Avoid the colder temperature by adding some Christmas spirit to your home. Anything goes, especially if you have a tradition with your family. Studies suggest that putting up your holiday decorations makes you happier, since you associate them with childhood and memories.

2. Mugs and hugs with a hot cocoa.

The best way to warm up on a cold winter day? Sip on a cozy cup of hot cocoa, a blanket and your family.

 

3. Cozy up by a fire and meditate

When you feel you can’t do anything because of the weather, instead of complain invest in your self,  use this time to be mindful. that means, to be in the present moment. Grab your favorite pair of socks, get comfortable by the fire, and focus on your breathing.
